EVE

I often wonder if my conduct in EVE is a good representation of how I treat others in the "real" world. The lying, cheating, stealing, trickery (and occasional crippling audit) has no end, and is actually quite profitable. My EVE mail is rife with hate, but wallet is full and I don't know how to feel about it. OK, I do know how to feel; I feel great. Sometimes I feel bad, I'd be a monster if I didn't, but I like to assume that half the reason anyone sails the high seas is the risk of being pirated. They thrive on the excitement, and we thrive on the merciless slaughter. Slaughter is a poor choice of words, though, as we recently found that it is significantly more profitable to NOT kill our targets, which can be difficult.

Anyway, here are some quotes from some of our anonymous victims.

I guess I'd feel bad if even one of them were able to resist the temptation to use "ur" and "lol." In fact, I'd challenge anyone to somehow NOT take advantage of these people.

Luckily, in the midst of unending, unfulfilled, threats and poorly written burns, there are a couple gems.
